OPERATING METHOD

Encode repository truth
Document architecture, content sources, routing, validation commands, protected areas, and SEO invariants in project instructions.

For each command, define inputs, allowed reads and writes, expected artifact, refusal conditions, and acceptance tests.

Make evidence addressable
Require file paths, URLs, source rows, or test output for findings. Avoid untraceable summaries and broad speculative rewrites.

Run type, lint, unit, build, crawl, structured-data, and targeted browser checks proportionate to the change.
